Is there a way to create party for normal game? Me and my friends are still low level players (we are 6-7 atm) and would like to play in the same team. We are set as friends in Steam and we can join same game/server but every round we are split.

Currently you can only play with your friends in competitive.
SD said something about working on a casual lobby system that’ll come out soon, watch for that.
