Just a reminder:
Applying the old & well know “success formula” to Dirty Bomb is just not compatible.
Insistence will lead to cirugircal remotion via Donnovan Satellital Lazers… to say true, the unpaid feel is what will make the remove.
So, check your motivation before going “serious” and maybe you can find another game that fits better.
Every single player is responsive for the game. You guys (community) really want the same history from all those tragicaly dead games out there?
Go Pro! And focuse in not repeat the tragedy that was every “serious success” out there! This is the main rule for ultimate WIN!
The goal is to make the first non-pay2win f2p title with evolving content. It is true that the focus must be first on helping shape the game into something that will last for a long time and be enjoyed by everyone (which sometimes means a rough start in esports). I however believe that SD are strong willed enough to keep things on track, and we don’t have to worry about any outside publishers interfering with the process as SD owns and controls everything. In the end it’s up to the community to give good constructive feedback and take advantage of the huge flexibility in development that DB will offer. Hopefully people will appreciate and understand the goals and truly unlimited potential with this game, and always remember that any unforeseeable problems in alpha/beta/release will be easily solvable. SD is really doing it right this time by involving the community so directly with their game in alpha and well on into release, which I think will be the real success story of the game.
Where is UK, France and Spain? Just suggest the game in your country section! Post the link here and I will update the first post.

Sorry Donnovan, but as far as I understood your post (always a challenge) it’s completely nonsense.
You say that competitive play leads to a tragic end or dying game, but that’s not true at all. Esport creates a big community around the game and keeps it alive! It’s just the other side of the coin. I have a different opinion here since I think as soon as competition is no more the game will become a dead game soon, because the general interest is shown here.
Take Starcraft 2 as example or even LoL, they wouldn’t be as successful as they are now without esport. And furthermore every game will die sooner or later, it just depends on how long it will last. Even a CS 1.6 can die, but as we see with CS:GO a new (cough) game will rise.
Well said! (Must spread some reputation before giving it to INF3RNO again)
Oh yes. The right person can do wonders with anything! This is why i love SD guys!

Nice to see!
Keep on pushing guys!
I don’t think you guys need to petition for this game to be picked up by ESL…it would be ESL’s loss not to pick it up.
