I bought the smallest rad pack through steam DLC page and those rads dont appear in game. Do I have to do something or is this bug?

Make sure you complete the order
I’ve had similar issues with steam games. You go in to buy stuff and it tells you to add money to your steam wallet, but it shows the transaction. So you add money, and then it wants you to confirm. And when you do, it adds the money to your steam wallet, but doesn’t actually complete the transaction.
Check your steam balance and make sure you actually bought the rads instead of just filling your wallet.
