WTF is this bullshit? If I join a public comp game I dont expect the other side to be a solid clan. That should only happen in private reserved games fro scrims and what not. This is not what i would call competitive play. A clan purposely trying to play against random pub trash.

You should be able to see the opposing team before the game starts and be able to Accept or start matchmaking over again.
This would be especially useful if you just played a round against a hacker and you join another comp and low and behold he’s on the other team again… So you just wasted a good 40+ minutes in games you can’t leave due to hackers. I’ve had to leave in the lobby of so many games when I get rematched with an obvious hacker - There’s no point.
