PS3 - How to find full mathces?

I apologize as there is a “I need friends plox” thread up every hour but, I just got the game for PS3 and im having fun, but the average match for me is 1-2 resistance and 1-2 security (human players i mean, and its never been more than 3 on one team.)

Ive tried free play standard, big teams, and campaign.

Ive invited a bunch of people to play with from the forums and if anyone wants someone to play with who is going to be playing a lot invite me PSN: jmanelson

theres a thread

http://www.splashdamage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28248

about a sort of “work around” on the xbox 360 to get populated matches. Has anyone found any method to get more players on ps3.

Also SD id really like to see a response with even a small glimpse of hope or response as to what we on PS3 are supposed to do.

The game could be a lot of fun, but the lack of consistent matches (with more than 1 real player per side) is very discouraging. Going through matches for 10-20 minutes to find a match semi populated for 1 game isnt worth it. I really want to have a lot of fun. But its a bit difficult.

I havent given up yet and will be on for a while trying to do what i can to have fun and simply be 1 more player on the ps3 to encourage others to play but if there were a lobby system or something in place (idk, im no developer) I feel this game could kick so much ass.

It’s pretty tough on the PS3 these days unfortunately. I think things will suddenly get better when the DLC comes out (next week?). I’ve had the most success with big team and competition modes. Also, it seems obvious, but don’t forget to change to “my level or higher”.

There are plenty of threads that explain how to on ps3 or that have list of ps3 players and such but the shortest and quickest answer is to Add BallsPartyof2 to your friends list and then get an invite to his chats, they are like running lobbies on the ps3 with Brink players, you can join up with others and add those you like to play with in the future. Just get in the chats and let them know you want to play.

I’d just be happy if SD would balance the friendly bot AI so I wouldn’t need too look for human allies :stroggtapir: . I’d draw them a chaingun-mounted tapir if they would:cool:

What my friends and I think works best is opening up a chat room in the psn. Then send invites to your friends to said chat room and have them send invites to there friends and so on and so forth. This Chat room acts as make shift pre game lobby, anyone who is in this chat room (lobby) can send invites to people in Brink even if your not friends. Add me if you want better details with an example. PSN MarioMan89

This was/is one of the best solutions I have seen

The “Unofficial Brink Chat Room” is very active. Use it.

The “Rank 1”, “Rank 2”, etc. rooms aren’t very active.

Well, first, you have to go out and buy a lot of garlic. Then, spread it out in a circle around your console, making sure that the game is inside. Light a candle with a wick made of horsehair, and drip the oil onto the garlic. After the wax cools, take a 1-gallon jug of unicorn blood, and pour it in the PS3. You must then offer, as a sacrifice, a memento of your childhood. A teddy bear works well. Burn it on top of the console, and work the ashes in. Then, turn the PS3 over so that the blood and ash will drain back into the jug. This will remove the evil spirits that are inhabiting your game. The garlic and wax must stay where they are. DO NOT MOVE THEM! If you move them, you could cause irreversible damage to both the game and your console. That is, melting and combustion. Now you should have no trouble finding full mathces, provided enough other players have gone through this ritual to fill a game. Good luck!
