Maybe your map has leaked in -meta stage?

No ,no leak ??
It seems to be working now :???:
Maybe a bug??? maybe me
All i know is it’s working now, with no errors so far
the .prt is created during -meta?

(seven_dc) #4

Yes. I had the similiar problem when my map leaked so that meta stage could not be completed. Yes the -meta stage creates .ptr (portal file) that -vis stage uses.

Maybe your meta stage was interrupted some way or q3map could not write to disk?!?!?

Well i checked my junk.txt about 6-7 times, then i was showing some friends and just like magic its said “leaked” arrrggghhhhhhhhhh :frowning:
Fixed it now though
Think i couldnt see it, cause i keept looking at the junk while it compiled (DoH)
anyone know what bsp monitoring does, as i know you can watch the actual bsp process at work but most compile options in GTK crash when its enabled??
