Proxy's "Pineapple Juggler"

Hey, first post here, but by no means the first post I’ve made on any forum. :wink:

So, I’ve browsed the forum about this Augment called “Pineapple Juggler” - and apparently it’s crap. But most of the threads I’ve seen about it were posted nearly 6 months ago - a lot could have changed between then and now.

I haven’t done any recent testing, but from what the description says, you can throw back grenades. Does this include everything that’s chucked that goes boom, like Nader’s grenades and Martyrdom (if you’re somehow quick enough), Skyhammer’s Airstrike Flare, Fletcher’s Sticky Bombs, and maybe even unarmed enemy Proxy mines? Or is it only strictly Fragger’s Frag Grenades?

It’s a pretty sad ability if it’s only Fragger’s grenades. If it is, I could suggest that pretty much everything I listed above (well, except Proxy mines, heh) be added to that chuck-back list. Maybe put it on a cool down if it got applied to Nader’s LACTIC-40 grenades.

I’m pretty sure it only applys to Fraggers grenades.

This has got to be the most situational augment I’ve ever seen then. At least all maps have walls on them for Springy, but not every game is going to have a Fragger (and an inexperienced Fragger at that) in it.

I eagerly await anything on this in the stream today.

EDIT:
Well, after watching the stream, being able to whack away grenades with a cricket bat does sound rather nice. And I think they mentioned being able to do it with the Airstrike Markers and Nader’s grenades in addition to Fragger’s as well.

I think even Alpha testers/veterans who played this game for 2 years now have never seen Pineapple Juggler in action. I personally have yet to see the animation myself, and probably never will for a thousand years.

I did manage to throw back a grenade once- only to have it explode in my hand. It was a LONG time ago though, but somebody on the DB subreddit said that the animation was just like Fragger’s regular grenade throw.
