Proxy still has bandage after opening event case.

So I opened my event case , the RNG wheel of woe was black showing black boxes , then when it gives me the card it still shows her wearing the bandage , wasn’t this event to give her a new eye ?

? so why is the game main menu changed with info on new event pop up ? also why could I open case before event starts ?

They probably did some serverside things already, but main update is not released
EDIT: it is now

Yup downloaded it , 968.2mb , guess we wait a few hours for patch notes (again they still not learnt )
