Proxy > Phantom at melee.

So she needs nerfing too right?

I’ve been playing several games as her over Phantom and it is so damn easy to get melee kills with her over phantom. People cannot turn fast enough to track you!

This is what I suggested (not nerfing her). I’ve been stabbed by Proxy’s (and sometimes a Bushwhacker, too) because they are so fast. If they wanted a melee class, just make them really fast, and able to continually be able to jump off things (not just 2 or 3). No need for a cloak at all.

Ya that would be really fun I hope they do that as a merc. Sadly I doubt they will turn phantom into something like that but then I don’t really know, it seems like splash damage can’t really decide between a melee tank merc or a stealthy assassin merc.

I think you’re rather missing the point. Proxy actually does have to watch where she’s going. Also, other things.

Kira, Japanese, Fast, Skinny.
Best melee fighter around.

(Phantom has the longest range melee weapon and the highest damage in melee. Usually you can easily kill chars like Proxy or Kira in one hit. I can snatch some Close Quarter Fights against Phantoms with my Kira in a gold suit, but that’s not something that always happen. Stay cloaked and backstab your enemies instead of charging them heads down, you’ll be fine.)

I agree there’s way to many dumbies who play phantom and all they do is chrage straight at you instead of trying to sneak up on u.

Anyone who tries to melee fully aware enemies with Phantom is doing it wrong.
