Proxy mines... It's time they get nerfed.

Ahem, fellow dirty bomber’s ! Before I start off with anything, don’t you think the proxy mines should now atleast have a slight more arming time or the very least a damage dropoff for instant explosion ? First of all, this has been ridiculing me since quite a while now as proxy’s everywhere now instead of placing their mines tactically in enemy defenses , throw their garbage shit out like a fragger and then insta explode them for some ridiculous kills or even 2-3 people team wipes ! Secondly, the mine’s weren’t supposed to be thrown in like a maniac (was it ?) since the main objective of proxy mine was to cut down the enemy defenses during infiltration or just simply place them in unsuspecting spots to arm them in general. But the general le way of all the proxy’s I see now is that they throw their bloody mines all over the place like nades and then detonate them instantly to get the kills. With the second gen cards, proxy also now has “Lock On” and thus reacting to this BS situation most of the times seems redundant to me and before I can do anything I am dead already.

Proxy mines arm very slowly. And when they arm they are very loud and easy to spot.
But decreasing the damage unarmed (and EMP’d too maybe) mines do would be nice.

My problem with Proxy is not the mines. My problem with them is the cheap jump spam strat

well, i get your frustration, but she already pretty bad in game with advanced players, even weaker when compared to Fletcher

Proxy mines are one of the most es capable/dodge able things in this game. If you actually look at them & make sure your not too close you can shoot them.
