Proxy mines. Another bug.

So last week I reported a bug about Proxy’s mines being able to sit pretty much anywhere.

Still happening. Any map, anywhere, basically any spot where you throw them at a wall, half the time they catch and float in mid air.

But another thing happening just now I’ve noticed, and it isn’t lag, is the mines disappear when you drop them. Just then on Underground I planted the C4 down the bottom on the final stage, dropped a mine on it and it disappeared, so ran away, waited the 18 odd seconds for cool down, went to throw another one down and that one disappeared aswell.

Also noticed this bug happening multiple maps, so I’m not going to take screenshots of specific locations, but it seems to be happening more so when you plant a mine on the C4, so I don’t know if that has something to do with it - Hopefully the developers can make some sense of this.

Yeah, but it’s been happening more frequently in the last week or two. Whatever was fixed on Proxy’s mines if anything has made things worse. I used to see mines that didn’t quite fit flush with certain areas, now I see disappearing and floating mines.

Seems to be happening mostly on Underground. Again last night on the final stage, but this time it was on the ground next to the platform where you plant the final C4. Threw a mine, it simply disappeared through the ground. Had the same thing happen on Market in Execution the other day aswell, straight on the “brick” ground, mine just vanished through the ground.

Doesn’t appear to be lag related. My connection is pretty stable, and my ping was a stable 38ms at the time.
