Props_skyportal and bullets

Hi all
I seen this “problem” only now,
If I make a map with props_skyportal, i can not see the bullets holes on the walls.
If I make the same map without props_skyportal, i can see the bullets holes on the walls.
All textures have no shader, so, is not shader matter I think.

I have found nothing about that in the forum, so,
someone had already notice of that?

You can see in attached file the same map, same textures with and without holes.

I don’t know why you would use it for a reachable prop:

Use misc_model instead.

I do not understand what you mean, the washing machine is just an example, if i shoot at building is the same.
If I use the skyportal in the map , the bullet holes can not be seen anywhere.
If you shoot at wall you can see the holes in the wall? Well, if you use a props_skyportal, there are no bullets holes.

You mean, the entity is placed somewhere, and anywhere else there’s no bullet impacts?

I mean, I can shoot anything, walls, terrain, I see the impact but not the bullet holes mark on the surfaces, this happen in all the maps that have a props_skyportal, is not a great problem, only i was curious to know why.
If you have some map with props_skyportal, you can see by yourself.
