Profile -> Recent matches tab doesn't work for me

I thought it didn’t work at all, but apparently the tab works for some. So, anything I can provide to help nail this issue?

Just to be sure. You do know that the recent matches tab shows only matches from casual match making (currently not ingame) and ranked?
