so i feel like a complete noob, but i cant find a way to change my profile pic.
Any help?

Get 25 rep, then hover over your profile picture and you will be able to change it.

While this is true, it still makes no sense why you can’t just pick a user name of your choosing to begin with.

If they want to keep the current method, it should at least explain to you why you are getting the random name, and what needs to be done to change it up front. It would really help with lowering the number of posts regarding this problem.

I mean, the only reason I would think of, is from keeping people making many accounts with profanities as names.

It does, I think. If I’m not mistaken, the change was made recently, but every LOL you got before the change doesn’t count. Somehow.

Yeah, old ones you had collected before the change came in sadly do not count.
I’ve lost 146 because of that.

so a player has the potential to never be able to change there pic because no one hits the like function… brilliant idea I must say …

To be honest it’s pretty much the opposite.
If you post good stuff the points will almost rain on you.
