I installed, eanbled shrubbot… in my server info there is Shrubbot: enabled… then i make command"!admintest" it says “you do not wave privileges to use this comman”… What to do?

you need to edit the shrubbot.cfg, or give yourself a level ingame.
You can do that as followed…
In ~ console enter: /rcon [password] setlevel [player name] [level] (in your case that will be 5, or you can edit your own levels in the shrubbot.cfg)
