Possibly does someone have the same problem? Is there a solution? I looked for 4 hours with Google., I do not have an idea!

Looks like a gtk lib problem. Maybe Radiant is trying to use wrong libs from another application on your computer. You could check your environment variables and see if there’s a path pointing to another app using gtk. If so, we’ll sort it out - if not, I have no clue :roll:
I can recognize no unusual paths or gtk-variables there 
What i doing:
The result is the same error. With Radiant 1.5 i have no problems.

If I start the Radiant for the second time, then he goes, however with the log switched on - that well-known-measured performance eats.

But when i in the preferences|game settings the checkbox “Autol load selected game…” switch off, the Radiant works. :o

Somehow feels the 1,4 more solidly and more stably.
The brush work handling is for me better e. g. scale-x, scale-y, scale-z - buttons. if i move several brushes at the same time Without the brushes in the size change
But perhaps it is simply only habit - or I cannot deal yet with the 1,5 correctly 
one main thing i liked in 1,5 was that the fps rate on the 3d was like 4x better, but i don,t like some features(can’t remember them anymore). i have a 1.4 installer on my desktop(never deleted that) if anyone can’t get but wants.
edit:can’t seem to find it anymore, maybe put somewhere when i cleaned my desktop.
I do have the installer of 1-4-0. I could share it in speedyshare if you want to.
I don’t have x-fire. And what you mean by megaupload? Hmm… It’s 33 mb and the limit is 30 in speedyshare. Any suggestions where to upload it. Where I don’t have to registrate?
