Problem with opening my in-game reward cases.

So, it has happened twice in a row now.
Basically i go to open my normal CW case that i earned from a match, but it will either get stuck in an infinite loading screen, forcing me to cancel it, or it will display some error message.
I’m not sure if i get whatever loadout it would have given me, but the case disappears after this.
