unfournatetly i do not know the solution for you - but ischbinz should be able to help you.
that model looks very cool - maybe you could do the ET version, once you sort this thing out? it looks completly diffrent than a stock one, and that would be something fresh.

Hi man,I think it won’t really help you and I’m maybe wrong,but tell me why you do export the head in the .mds,should not this head be in a .mdc or md3 file?Do you have also set tags in it(for head,helmet,belt and back md3 models and other…)
