Private Match?? Custom Server??

i was just curios why you need 6 people to play, could u make it like team fortress 2 where u can have as many people as you want (and yes i know u have to create a custom server for that of tf2) because only 3 of my friends have dirty bomb and sometimes we just wanna muck about. maybe also adding the ability to use commands or something so u could get weapons from otherclasses, even some troll commands like the ones on tf2 (addcond,sv_cheats 1, etc)

This brings me to my next point… Custom servers. I know this a lot to ask for but having this would mean community servers, maybe things like death run,hide n seak, etc. This would be awesome to have, also meaning you could play with your friends.

I think this would be an awesome thing to add to the game. This would allow the community to make maps and have lots of fun, maybe even new merc ideas??

You need to have atleast 6 people because the private match uses one of the official servers. So people don’t create a crapload of 1v1 games, and block all servers.

To the community servers thing: There was an information that community servers will only be hosted by Nexon and Nexon won’t rend any. But @RazielWarmonic confirmed not so long ago that rental community servers will come in the future.

We’re not exactly sure how we are doing it at the moment, but rental options are on the list at the moment. Things may or may not change between now and implementation. It’s in the planning stages.

Also, last I heard private matches needed a minimum of 5(instead of 6) players now so that teams could practice, etc. Is that not true?

Thanks guys for responses. Would you be able to do what TF2 does where community servers are free and how you can customise it how ever you want (like mods), i don’t want it to be one of those games where you have to pay for your own server.nWhat you could do though is maybe have what minecraft does (i know its not a fps but i like its idea) where you can create your own server but you can also buy a realm that allows you to have a preset server. If this got implemented in the game this would be great as the community will be more involved like making mods, maps and even game modes.

I know this might sound silly to you but i think this would make such an awesome game already more awesome and popular. This might not be your thing right now but in the future you could implement this.
