Preparing launch problem

So i just got dirty bomb cuz i can and when i go on steam and press play the game says preparing to launch. Then it disappears and no matter how long you wait it won’t launch so i pressed play again then it said running again what do i do help me plz.

Start ur pc in safe mode and then launch db

Try following these steps.

  1. Open msconfig
  2. Go to the tab labled ‘Boot’
  3. Open Advanced options
  4. Ensure Debug is unchecked.

If it was already unchecked then I dunno. If it was checked, uncheck it, save, and give it a test.

If nothing else seems to be working, I would uninstall DB and take a break form this for a week or two. Clear your mind of the matter and come back to it later. DB will still be around for you. By taking a break from it you may find your answer. :slight_smile:

@skyman549 yeah def try that man when you get a chance. That seems to be another common issue as well.
