Not a good idea to allow premade teams of 5 to vs a random pug team. I know the que times are long but I would rather not play at all than face a premade 5 team while duo queing with a friend.
Should be like LOL, duo que or 5v5.
There should be the same amount of duo ques and randoms on each team.

they tried that before, resulting in 40 minute wait time or even more
so they resort on giving matches regardless of the condition if it takes too long

Yes from Asia=), pugs vs premades would be ok if I wasn’t matched with noobs. =(
