ok so i want the spec ops and phyco and stuff but i pre-ordered from game stop
so i get the doom one its alright but still i dont really want it. would anyone wanna trade me or sell theirs to me?
Pre-order bonuses please help
Why donât you just cancel your preorder and order from one of the two places you actually want the bonus from? I think most people who picked a specific preorder did so because that is the one they want. Maybe you will get lucky and someone else will have the same issue as you, but opposite.
You donât even have to cancel it. Just go in and tell them you want to put it down on something else. Maybe something thatâs coming out later in the year.
I had the same problem, but I would rather give my money to gamestop then the other guys.
Wat
Since when are the âgamestopâ the nice guys?
Anyway, OP, cancel pre-order. But these things will be most likely available later.

My local gamestop has never done me wrong. Also, the guys and gals working there are great.

I have never seen exclusive pre-order bonuses available later. Which doesnât make sense to me, because it could easily become DLC revenue. But donât count on it becoming available later.
I have had great service from Amazon and Best Buy, so they are not entirely the bad-guys (at least in my own experience).

Ya, there have been times where I would have gladly paid a couple extra bucks for the different pre-order content. To bad, because Iâm a huge fallout fanboy.
Gamestop has a face to me. I have been going to my local store for a long time and I see some of the same guys/gals in there and It gives me a sense of Camaraderie. I know that me giving them my money, hopefully, allows them to be gainfully employed a little while longer. Amazon, Best Buy (ect ect)âŚthey donât give me the same feeling because I see a different face each time. That isnât to say they are bad or donât give good costumer service. I just feel better buying from Gamestop.
well all i could say is cancel the pre-order and look some where else plus who else would have pre order extras other than GS i canât think of any at the top of my head right now:confused:
All these ideas sound obvious and doable, but first theyâd have to explain to their mother why they need another carpool and her credit card info again. So now that these facts are brought to light, how do you convince a baby boomer/gen-Xâer to spend time with merchants so you can swap virtual dress up dolls? If my assumptions are wrong than this thread wouldnât even exist.

If the pre-order bonuses are like a skin or something, then yes. But if it something bigger then most of the time it will be available later. Specially⌠if it is actually multiplayer content.
If pre-order bonuses wonât be available later (even for money) Brink is going to be the game that is going to be last on this list: http://mustkunstn1k.deviantart.com/art/Video-game-pre-order-bonuses-199696572
Compared to other games it is going to be the biggest offender, because there are more than just skins, but also weapons etc.
Anyway, I am not an American, but it seems like gamestop is horrible. They are the reason we have these stupid pre-order bonuses. And they are the ones who extreemly promote buying used games, which hurts the publishers a lot.
Lucky, the employees at my gamestop are all asshats, thats why Iâm a PlayâNâTrade guy now, I hope they go mainstream enough to get their pre-order bonuses
