Since it seems SD and Bethesda have got the ball rolling on the Brink hype machine, I thought it best to help get the word out there and drum up support for this awesome looking game. Spam your usual hangouts about Brink and it’s awesomeness and post it here, if there’s any fellow users on the same forum/website/blog etc. then jump in and rally it up! Maybe you’ll discover a new awesome website you never about before. Here’s mine…

RoosterTeeth forums, the guys that brought us Red vs Blue… and more importantly, they created the ET:QW Stroyent vids (projectile dysfunction etc.)

Also some TF2 guys were discussing Brink with mem which is in it self already a progress, since the TeamFortress fans are probably the most zealous fanatix of their games :wink:

I already got about 12 of my old school buddies on board to buy this game. They’re very fond of the features that brink is offering by watching those vid’s especially the crosshair, lean and grenade cooking…What we didn’t notice is the ability to have players bounce/hop around.

i told my (reallife) friends about brink. they said it looked good but right now they are busy enough playing cod6…

also posted in a few german gaming community sites: www.exp.de and www.4players.de and got a few positive replies since yesterday evening.

i continue the spam on various other german sites… im heading for the big ones :stroggtapir:

what i noticed though is that brink is still very unknown, at least to the german gaming community. none of both sites above posted the news about the gameplay videos, which wondered me a lot. so, i had to post it in their forums :slight_smile:

but, well, theres still plenty of time to spill the word around.

Introduced brink to two friends of mine yesterday and showed them a couple vids. Both got excited about it, even tho it wasn’t generally what they have usually liked. But they loved it anyway.

actually haven’t heard anyone saying anything bad about it so far :slight_smile: (well, apart from the turret and the granade launcher, but that’s basically it so i’d say it’s a rather good respons so far)

I posted some of the first BRINK newsposts on Crossfire and then Rahdo came around and overshadowed all my effort :slight_smile:

Also posted on Tweakers and Gamelux. Reactions on Tweakers were good, on Gamelux however people think the game freely translated “seems like ass”. I started a poll on our site to see if our members wanted a Brink addition, over 50% of the participants voted no (damn, our guys are hardcore) I posted a link to the HD vids on the front (News) page, hopefully that will garner more interest. The other forums I belong to already have an extensive Brink presence.

There are some very large steam clan/communities that we can also make aware of this game.

I have not participated with any of these communities, I just know about them. Ego has 3k+ people. May be worth talking to them.
