haha, after every update when the cfg resets i always get reminded about what the actual game looks like normally. If i could get decent FPS with normal gfx i would, i can’t say i gain any competitive advantage with this current look, if anything more things blend in colour wise.

I do you a favor and start the drama here: RivaTuner &c. is forbidden in almost all competitions for a good reason. Of course you can persuade yourself that it’s “only a harmless graphic-tool”, but in fact it is nothing less than a cheat since you use settings that can’t be achieved through the config-files.

I’m well aware of how it is a cheat, and require no explanation, the suggestion of missing those “graphic tool” discussions was purely a joke as they are extremely painful to read/dramatic/achieve nothing. However if the level of graphics displayed in onyx’s last screenshot can be achieved through tweaking config files (not 3rd party software) therefore making it not a “cheat”, shouldn’t some thought be directed into limiting what can be tweaked by the player and to what extent in the games config files?
