pretty much every time i launch shooter game, Video-> Post Process and Game-> Blood Post Process tend to have turned themselves back ON.
i turn them OFF, and they stays OFF for that entire “shooter game session”.
sidenote: i had the same issue with Game -> Blood Post Process in previous builds, but forgot to report it.
video post process stays off for me and the others are either greyed out or off, no config alterations

Just to be sure: Did you set your config inis to read only?
no, i made sure they were read-write before downloading build 23549, and i haven’t tweaked configs/set them to read only afterwards.
this was also confirmed by the graphical settings changing back to default when v23549 was installed.
