Post process + Bloom

For some reason Bloom gets enabled when you enable Post Process. The Bloom setting is still on OFF but there is definitely a lot of bloom. The blockout maps are unplayable with the Bloom. Changing the blockouts default material behavior for blooming would already solve the problem for me to be honest.

There isn“t much to say. You can clearly see the massive amount of bloom on the blockout maps.
