post patch rubber banding

Yeah so the server browser update was nice, but now my game rubberbands all day long, every server regardless of ping.

And I have direct wired 12mb cable, not wireless, so its not on my end, and its not on the servers end, as its across every server I try.

Just when you think you wanna give em another shot to get it right.

if you’ve used a config maker, try default settings

I havent touched anything, didnt even change video settings.

yeah reset everything, and game is still un playable
