Possible fix for the xbox lobby problems?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before. If it has then Im sorry for making yet another lobby thread. But anyways, Ive been thinking there might be an easy solution to this “lobby problems” us xbox players are experiencing.

As of now we can choose to play public game or start a private game but we can`t start a private game and then switch it to public.

If SD could give us that option in a patch then most of the lobby problems would be gone.
This way we could start private game with our own settings and max players, invite our friends and when they are set up on the same team we could switch to public and have random people join the game on the opposite team.

I have absolutely no experience in game developing but I imagine that this could be doable, right?

Just wanted to throw that out here and say thanks to SD for the awesomeness that is Brink :slight_smile:

Ex there are SO many threads about this its rediculous man. there’s an update coming in June with free DLC and an AI update I’m not sure about a lobby though but I certainly wish they would.

I know Biig. I know :slight_smile:
But patching the game so we could open a private game for the public would eliminate most of the problems we`re having when it comes to getting friends together on the same team to play against randoms.

As I said, I imagine that this would be a much easier and cheaper way compared to making a whole new lobby system and adding that to the game.
