Hello everyone! I am Noxie (AKA JordyGamerGirl) from the Nexon QA department and I will be helping out in the bug forums. 
We are truly grateful for those who find and report bugs and exploits. To make bug reporting more efficient please try to stick to the following guidelines. Keeping up with this process will make it easier for your reports to get to the right people faster!

Search for your issue: Another player might of already posted about your issue. Keeping the same issues in the same thread makes reporting and investigating these issues easier and faster. (We want these issues taken care of right?!)

Labeling thread: - Please put in the title of your thread what the issue is for example: [Game Bug] - “Summary of bug” or [Nader Bug] - “Summary of bug”

Please include details in the summary! Pictures and videos are very useful and appreciated! More relevant information included the better.

One bug per thread! Any thread with multiple bugs posted will be closed. Sorry!
Exploits! Please send a support ticket for exploits. The reports will get to the right people. Let’s just try to limit the impact of any exploits that are found.
