Please link me to where it specifically states not to "name and shame"

I genuinely can’t find it, its not in the forum rules page http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/240/forum-faq-rules/p1

all google has to throw up are people mentioning it. When i search the forum, same thing, people saying “no name and shame” etc… but WHERE is the actual policy/rule that states this?

  • The forums are not the channel for reporting players.
  • Reporting players through the forums can be seen as harassment as it can lead to disruptive, inflammatory behavior.
