Please help with shaders for this 2 alpha textures

Who can help me with shaders for this 2 alpha textures.
I make them RGB-alpha, 1 layer , 256x256 tga
but donť work properly. I use commontexture nodraw and on 1 side this alpha texture - dont work properly
please help
