Please do something about team balance

I will be playing a competitive game and one side will just cream the team I’m on and win the first round. Then the next round half my team leaves allowing the other team to cream us even more. I know you get punished for leaving but I don’t think its a good enough punishment if people are going to leave with ease. Please try to find a way to balance the team some more. I get one team is going to be stronger but it shouldn’t be just easy for them to win. It should make them work hard. This is really getting on my nerves when trying to win one match of competitive and I keep ending up on the losing team because the other team is like super good like superman and my team ends up being a weak twig. I know weird for comparison but think about how strange comparison but imagine superman using all his strength to break that twig. That is how competitive mode feels like and the normal mode doesn’t seem to badly balance most the time. Why is it so different?

Stopwatch has a fixed (full) round time and fixed spawn times - every 25 seconds.
Objective mode has dynamic timers. The objectives give bonues time to the attackers so a fullhold only takes ~6 minutes and the match ends early. Also the spawn timers for the attackers get shorter and shorter so they have an edge towards the end of the match leading to more climactic fights in the last seconds even if the attackers had big trouble in the first minutes.

Aside from that, there is also a forced shuffle in each lobby on objective mode while in comp it is possible to face a 5man team while you are solo.
