We need ASSIST COUNT in game review from the next update … Please SD Make it happen … It would help every players to prove what they have contributed to the game in aspects of combat apart from K/D :smile:

The first should fix Combat XP. You can work your ass off and kill 50 people in a game and still have less points than any medic/engie.

@Cam idk what pubs you play but medics do not help me in the slightest to drop kills…

Only way to somewhat compete with combat exp against medics are frequently streaks of triple-ace. (Ace gives you around 2k all in all)

Well assist-count would be good, but medics should only get an assist if they healed the killer or damaged the victim within the last x seconds. (sorry, no idea for other words at the moment…) Like really healed and not med packs on full hp. Next thing would be about Ammopacks if these grant assists for a short time aswell. (Woudlnt make sense in the first place but if someone has no more ammo and you give him some it is supporting the kill…)

PS:Not all medics keep you alive, some just enjoy your cruel death with some popcorn right behind you.

Well , if you stay alive AND get many kills you will have a shit ton of xp.But yeah , assist count would be neat

I think reducing health insurance to 50%, and removing the ammo badges (for giving nonsensical “ammo bursts”, the long-term ammo provision badges are good and can stay) should make it more even. Also I’d like it if we could see overall damage dealt, or just outright show game mode, support and combat exp per player on the final scoreboard.

Also let us see our type-specific exp during a match so we can know if a mission is done and can switch mercs.

A little off topic but since we’re talking about support XP and all that jazz:

Does Thunder receive support or combat XP if he concusses someone and one of your team mates kills them? I’ve been using him lots over the last two days but I haven’t noticed.

I do notice that he gets terrible XP though. Last night in objective I went 53/10 or something and only had 9k XP or something. I must have seen “concussed +10xp” at least 100 times lol, but I don’t remember seeing combat assist or anything like that.

It kind of should if it doesn’t, in my opinion any way.

I think the Health Insurance is fine, but I do agree on the “Spam E to accrue free XP” Ammo badges. However, on the subject of this thread, why can’t we see kills DURING the match? It’s a bit odd.

P.S. If they showed assists, I would always end up with my usual 18/10 KD (Almost always ends up like this) and 30+ assists. Every time I only stick a Sawbones or any other 110 HP Merc once and die, and get robbed by the lvl 1 Skyhammer who hit them once :frowning:
