Please change how the Healing Stations work.

Honestly the state of Healing Stations and how they can be abused is absolutely disgusting.

About 80% of my games played have had nearly the entire enemy team camping on multiple healing stations to the point where they cant die.

Nerfing it is so simple.

  • Put a player cooldown on using the healing station (once a person uses a healing station they can’t use any healing stations for X amount of time). This one seems the easiest way to nerf them, as healing stations already have a cooldown timer for use.
  • Healing Stations have RNG breaking after X amount of heals (EXAMPLE: So after 5 people have used the healing station, the station has an increasing chance to break with each consecutive heal.

It does need a slight nerf perhaps, but not in any of the ways you suggested. At all.

What it does need its a hitbox fix, sometimes I can be right up against it with a cricket bat, and there are no collisions. Then I get annoyed and take out my gun.

Bring explosives with you. Navigate the map to take out the station first, or bait the enemy out of its healing radius.

People just need to learn to target the stations. I just facepalm every time players rush in and start spraying at people sitting on healing stations as if they are going to get a kill. Either blow it up or get in a position to shoot the thing down.

They aren’t even viable against good players.

Healing stations glue teams together, frag grenades blast teams apart.
Simple.

Honestly nerfing it too much makes it useless, just make it easier to destroy.

Like I wouldn’t mind the older version of it at all if I could just run in and take it out easily with my gun. 60 health is more than enough for it.

Yeah, it is kind of OP in its current state, Almost every match theres just an Aura camping behind a corner with a Med station.

My suggestion was. Delay the heal rate

Lets say ur standing inside the Healing radius. Make it so that if you get shot theres a 1 seond interval before you start healing back up.

I find incredibly annoying the fact that the healing stations are literally bullet sponges. To me it makes them a little too hard to deal with if you and your teammates don’t have explosives available.

hp station has 90hp. That goes down pretty fast when focus fired.

Yeah I know, problem is, there are some areas of the maps (for example, the corridor in the final part of Trainyard) where focus firing on health stations is made impossible by eventual revives. I know I’m talking about something very specific, but in my experience it happens a lot. Of course, it is solved by explosives, but maybe a little drop in hp of the stations could be beneficial IMHO.

This is what I was thinking would be good for it. It would leave the station as a great place to retreat to, but not fight from.
