Please add the map changes to the patchnotes

So in the new patch they have made some changes to the invisible walls on the maps. Don’t know if all of the changes are from this patch or a earlier one. But I just wish SD were more open about those changes, so we don’t have to recheck every invisible wall after a patch. In the last patch they removed the invisible wall on top of the buss on last objective chapel. The one on top of the electrik box on trainyard, and fixed so you can’t jump on top of the first big bridge on chapel. It is small changes but it makes a difference when trying to get out the most of the game. So having the changes in the patchnotes will just help out a lot, and it would be really nice to have it.

I want to agree, but you know how hard it is to say that stuff in patch notes?

“-Removed that one spot on Trainyard, you know that tree? Yea, next to that, there’s a new thing that can… you know what, just go look at it yourself
-Added in a new bus in Chapel, it’s at the other spawn, not the first one, the second one, it’s the new green one, not that orange one. No where are you going, it’s to the left. Damnit.”

Not easy is it?

I mean, but the OP does have a point so that it doesn’t leave players wondering what happened to those spots.

hmm i think it’s just to bad that thing like pictures and screenshots do not exist because if they where than dev’s could just post them with marked change

Pictures can always be used to show the changes…

Pictures were used when presenting Chapel spawn change. I think they could use them in these situations too. And I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but I think few textures in Trainyard were changed. Maybe it’s just me…

This should really be obvious.

Last time we talked about undocumented changes, Shoe came here to more or less say “If it’s undocumented, nothing has changed”. And suddenly, this comes out of the patch note :

Updated Orbital Laser so it now moves at a constant speed

Which is something that was already there since 2 months…
And about notifying it in a patch note, they don’t need to be specific about it. They can just say “Adding invisible walls in the first part of chapel to prevent some OOB glitches” or “Removed invisible walls on top of the double decker bus in chapel”. That’s plenty enough for someone who know where they are located, and explicit for everyone else to give it a look in their next games.

Again, like last time undocumented changes got noticed, I feel a bit surprised that they don’t mention those changes in the patch notes, as they generally are the real polishing content we should have at every patch. Those might sound like small changes, but when you add them over a long of period of time, this starts to be significant and turn the game from glitchy to nicely polished.
