pro tip:

What I do for filtering out max 5 servers is type in -min to the search bar to filter out all min 5 servers, -max for min 10 servers

Another thing for your server browser filters:
your own region instead of waiting for possibly missleading pings.
Type EU or AUS or west or east or whatever… US alone would also find RUS and AUS, hence east and west.

with +under you could search for servers currently running Underground. etc

Just to share my search filter: US -AUS -EU -RUS -“Max Level 5”
It uses standard search protocols. Just wish I could set it up so it only searches 7v7 or 8v8.

I created a similar thread and for similar reasons - there is no in-game way of learning about various filter parameters. That proves that either the description within the game or some “check boxes” should be added.

In-game way of learning how to use a search engine? It’s the same damn protocol back when Yahoo! was known as the top search engine and Netscape was the preferred browser. What do they teach in school these days?

I’m going to say it in every similar thread, even if you could do it “manually” it wouldn’t hurt if the filters were a bit more user friendly. Things like sorting out level servers, choosing the geographic region and game mode should be a given imho.

Yeah, it would be nice if they added the server size to the server name which would allow for that.

That would be something they could add a check box for since we can’t filter it ourselves.

This is great and all, but they really should have dropdown menus and checkboxes for pretty much everything. min/max level, population, region, etc…

I didn’t know about -/+ search filters in the search bar until a few weeks ago, because it is not explained anywhere. And even if it was explained, they should still have those menus and boxes for most things.

You can filter for 7vs7 but you need to put a + in front of it.

Never works for me. I try it all the time and doesn’t seem to do anything.
