Playing with bots reduces fps at 30.Playing online plays at 120 fps

I realised that the game fps problem appears when i play with bots.
When i play online the game plays plays smooth everything max out.The problem is that when i play online i get disconnect after 5 secs of gameplay…
Anyone knows how i can fix that.
Im running on 980x gtx 580 sli latest drivers.
