Players respawn in "each other"

Hi,
Again probably very silly problem I’m dealing with, but anyway - can’t figure out why is that so …

So, there’s a small map (working, with single docrun objective) for Wild West mod, but as much as I polish it and make more enjoyable, I get all the time one and single annoying issue - I can put as many blue/red spawns as I want, but still, after first spawn they work fine, but after that - players (both teams in seperate “piles”) keep to spawn in one place like there wouldn’t be any other places. It’s kind of annoying when the one “main” player goes inactive for a while, so are forced to stay the rest of the players.

Any ideas where to look at this issue?

Tried to search all over the forum and google in general for this issue, but I couldn’t find anything (probably with wrong keywords I did that)

EDIT
Just by comparing from example maps I’ve discovered that my respawns didn’t have “startactive” enabled. Could this be the cause why the spawns didn’t really work?
