Players leave ranked match when they know they gonna loose ?

if a team loose in ranked match , then their rank decreases

if a player has left , will his rank decrease ?

Actually, yes. If a player leaves that player’s rank WILL decrease (normally, a few small exceptions I’m not going into here). The match’s outcome itself is what determines at the end, your rank. In fact, leaving will often get you penalized unless someone on one of the sides has already left, the game also tells you that if your team is to lose, it will still be recorded as a loss.
