Are there any moves planned to increase playercount and when would those be happening?
The playercount has been dropping the last few months. Where it usually was at ~2k players AVG we reached now a point with 1k and less avg players a month.
Maybe they just wait till release, but they need to do something.
DB has had barely any advertising from what I’ve seen, so the low playercount is expected. Hopefully SD puts a lot into their advertisement campaign when they do get around to it, more than just one ad on the steam news page. You only get one full release after all.
I’m pretty sure they’re just waiting for full release like you said, but I have no idea when that is going to be since I think it was supposed to be this march, but got delayed.

Never said that, all I’m talking about is DB’s history with advertisements like OP asked.
I’m the last person to say the dropping playercount is due to a lack of advertisements, but that’s a topic for another thread.
PUBG loses more players in a single month than DB in two years, so it’s all good.

Pretty sure DB is lasting longer than most of the newer COD games anyways.
