Nexon has recently been working to improve their service and player reporting process, while providing increased transparency for those who have been banned.
Players in Nexon’s region should report suspected cheaters directly to Nexon via their ticket reporting system located at support.DirtyBomb.Nexon.Net. If you’re looking to learn more about your ban/suspension, you can also ask their support department about that as well.
