This guy was headshotting you before you even got around a corner and could even see him. Yes i know, it is usually not cheating. But watching his ping it went from about 100-1000. After talking to him a bit he even admitted it a few times. Is lag switching bannable? I have screenshots but don’t want to post if its a waste of time.
Player obviously using, and admitting to using lag switch..how to report?

Yes. You can report him and he can be banned for it. There is a strict no naming and shaming policy on the forums, but you can use this thread to learn how to report him.
