Play with Friends - invite not working

So I try to use the “play with friends” and it’s absolutely not working for me …
I can’t choose any friend to invite and when I use the button invite friends none of my friend receive any invite, and the button is stuck … and nothing happen …

All are level 7 or more

Try hard, no interface, nothing happen when try to play with friends, look like the button invite friends is not working …

I used this for the first time yesterday and it worked, the invite appears as a Steam message outside of the game with a “click to join” link at the top.

Are you doing it from a lobby?

I go to “play with friends” so it create a lobby and then I click on the “Invite friends” and nothing happen, but really nothing !

Do you need Steam overlay turned on ?

Yep ! this is the issue ! My steam overlay is always disable, I put it on then all is woking fine
