For all the people living in the UK, Play.com has it marked as in stock. Not sure if anybody’s interested, but I’ve ordered it from there. Amazon, Game & Gamestation all don’t have it in stock until the 13th aswell.
I even contacted Play.com to make sure and they said I will most likely receive it before the 13th, which is when it’s officially meant to be released here in the UK.

Most game stores get games early. US stores got Brink about thursday. And often when I order from UK I recieve the copy at launch day even though it takes a few days for them to send it to me…
ARGH!.. What happens if all of them are dispatched at the same time… thats like £160
PLAY has really crappy postage too.
GAME has them in stock, they are infront of me. with security taggin. wait a minute. YOINK!
Play are generally quite good at delivering on their release day promise, too 
You should be lucky and get it Thursday with Play.com, I’ve had quiet a few the day before launch over the years. Got money on my trade in card, so Friday or bust for me.
This is my worry, I wonder if they’ll manage to get a midnight unlock correct for once.
I went for ShopTo, was the cheapest around for PC and if it doesnt come on the release date I get £3!
So in an ideal world it comes on the 14th, I get £3 and another days worth of revision before I chuck away my degree by playing Brink…
I got lucky and pre-ordered from Game when it was £24.99 and the normal game without any add-ons. Now they’ve upped it to the special edition version for £27.99 with the Doom and Spec Ops pack but I still pay the same price!
