Planting C4

While you plant a c4 the merc is touching the little screen on the c4 while its activating and for what i saw the screen is dark and i tought it would be cool if he made a pattern to unlock the numbers (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0) and then activate the bomb tapping in the numbers (like the bomb code in CS:GO). If you didn’t understand what i was trying to say comment :wink:

I’m pretty sure they’ll add some visual effects to the bomb planting in the future. I just assumed it wasn’t a priority atm seeing as the game is still in beta.

It would be an interesting feature for non-tech mercs, to speedup planting. Otherwise its not worth it.
Even if defendendign team is half-decent, implementing mandatory sequencing plants will be a pain, not to mention that many players hate such features of questionable quality.

I never noticed the screen was static on the bombs. I’m usually too busy keeping an eye out for defenders adamant on blowing my face off :slight_smile:

If the C4 touchscreen is supposed to be like the numpad on our keyboards(starting with 7) the code is probably 744521. If it’s aligned like the CS: GO bomb keys(starting with 1), then the code is probably 144587.

Yeah, I have a lot of free time.

I’m sure they’re going to add it someday, just the priority won’t be high enough for it.

I thought the touchpad is dark on purpose, so only an insider can arm the bomb with the right finger movement.
