FYI: on the top left hand corner of your post if you hover over it, there is a gear icon for settings and you could click edit on it to edit your post.

Anyways, an app would be cool but I don’t exactly see what benefits it would do. Perhaps more of an wiki app is more what you mean with the updated information in it.
