ive been looking for a plane model for ages with no luck

i need an ET model of a plane that people can spawn in and jump out of, like the lancaster B-25 bomber in RTCW

if any1 finds a plane model like that PLEASE tell me, if you have one plz send me it, if its a brush model thats ok too

i hade someone make me a c-47 when i was still aliased superc, look on rtcwfiles in the et download section, it should be in prefabs or somthing

no it has to be a plane people can fit in with about 20 spawns and jump out off

i think i found one, if you have one tho please post it, incase its better than the 1 i have

that sounds cool, i was wondering, how do u get that fixed where people wont die when they jump out, is their a parachute mod or soemthing

If you are going to make it big enough for a spawn, you should make it out of brushwork.

i found a model, a long one

if i need it bigger, ill make it bigger

the idea is allies spawn and jump out and get shoved intom cold icy water

but it could be improved

Yes.
I have something in mind that there’s a post here in the forum about moving entites (spawn points in particular).

And as I remember right it’s not possible to move spawnpoints.

as far as i know they cant either, but u could time it right so when a plan flies into spawn it triggers the spawn and everyone pops up in the plane

I have made some test and sadly spawnpoints can’t be moved, however you can place a lot of them along the planes path and activate+deactivate them as the plane moves.

Depending on your map idea, you could have the plane stationary and have the ground moving.

nahh, they dont moveit stays in 1 place, but when you jump the fog covers it and you cant see it from the ground, which brings me to another problem

i have the SD battery sky, but i took the fog shader and mad the vis distance longer but the sky disapeas, i dont understand because its the same colour

what could be an explination for this?

You don’t need to have them jump into the water. If you used surfparam cushion then people could land on it without suffering any damage. The only thing about that is you would need a plusable reason for people being able to jump off a plan and not die.

You could have the plane only start moving when players spawn, if you hid it in fog. Place a trigger under the spawns, which will activate the script_mover.

as for players not falling to their deaths you can by selecting the spawn point, pressin n , you can prolonge the invunerabilty time long enough so they dont fall to their death

no but if they call a few hundread feet its unrealistic to land softley, i want them to land in water, as for hiding the plane, when they jump out they get shoved towards the water with a target_push and a trigger_multiple and the fog covers it from the ground, i dont need the plane to move at all

BTW ice colder, is that possible???
