@“Grave Knight” i was mainly thinking, dang i’d like a pink skin tier, (because pink is my fav color) then i remembered pink relates to cancer, hence why i suggested, I honestly had no idea said foundation existed at all, and as I said, the profits should go to a worthy charity which can be voted by community members or such.
but i do understand where your frustration comes from.
Pink loadout cards to battle cancer?

How about, and it seems to be about the right season for it, Toys-For-Tots Loadouts instead? Give all the mercs vibrant colored skins giving them toy like appearance which may include a pink loadout (for Rhino, cause Rhino is the only one man enough to be pink).
yeah man, I mean, as long as it promotes the community and does some good for a charity or such, it’d be pretty fine imo
I like the idea. If gaming companies made small things like that and gave most of the income related to said things to charity it would be win - win for all. The devs get creds for supporting a charity, the players can support and get some cool in-game stuff and the charity gets much needed funds.
I think Rob Dy.ke (thanks profanity filter) had a good video, explaining the pinkwashing, and why it’s bad.
Look it up.
@Combat_Not_So_Medic yeah, but i’m kinda dumb and just generalized it with cancer and my love for the color Xd
@srswizard aim wasnt to pinkwash to be honest, as said before, I thought it’d be a great cause which’ll also offer unique rewards as well as the heartwarm feeling.
in general it’d also show what a gaming community is capable of too and side promote dirty bomb.
But aye, i understand what you mean D:
It can be real awkward to promote real world organizations, especially since some charities are known to prioritize most of the money they receive to fund their own advertising
A while back on DB’s Twitter they dedicated a tweet to Nader when gay marriage got passed in the US. Promotional loadouts like this have so much potential!!
I just hope if stuff like this does happen, Splash Damage donates to the right people.
(I pray for the day loadout skins also change hair color for the dude mercs. Mardi Gras themed rainbow bearded RedEye is the dream)
I like it. Just wondering if the humble bundle themed loadouts are not already going to propose something like that.
@Lumi didn’t know those were planned, guess it could be a good way of doing this!
If I’m not mistaken, it was a concept revealed a while back:

PS: didn’t expect this to be so huge XD

That’s what she said.
Yes she did!
Well it is a grenade launcher. Not exactly small. ¬_¬
Oh, I didn’t actually expect anyone else to vote no. I was gonna make some snide comment to be contrary, but whatever. Fine. Kill all my fun.
If it means we get some Taric level leg warmers for Skyhammer, I’m in. (I don’t know why but this forum does not want me to upload any pictures ever.)
I would pay for some pink skins if they looked ridiculous enough. Imagine being owned by a pink (gay-like) Rhino!
And then they chickened out when I asked if there’s going to be an openly gay (male) merc. They said sexuality of mercs is their private matter and won’t be specified. I got flak for “trolling”, but I concluded they just don’t have guts. FPS games are dominated by male players, male players don’t mind lesbians, but they are extremely nervous about homosexual men. That’s why I asked, to see how much they’re commited to it.
Merc descriptions are not in game anymore. They are on the Nexon site, but screenshot&trailers official game sites never change.
Yes, imagine being owned by a pink gay Rhino with an obvious lisp.
Thankfully, SD know their target audience.
