ping spiking

k, for some reason my ping is spiking for no reason when I’m in the right server for my region which is us west servers.
it happens sometimes in areas like after i re spawn at my spawn the ping goes down but when i get close to other players i goes up and down sometimes spikes 998 ping 288 ping.

i didnt get the actaully ping number only the ping indcator for when pings get high.
do i need to grab my log and show it to u guys just let me know?
