Ping Spikes Randomly

After a few minutes into gameplay my ping spikes randomly up to 250 or sometimes 300. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. It’s not my router, I have firewall exceptions for dirty bomb. No antivirus is blocking the game. This is the only game on my pc that does this

What servers are you connecting to?

My ping spikes up pretty high whenever I play on any EU servers as I’m in the USA.

US East servers, and I live in NC so my ping starts at like 30 and then shoots to 300 periodically and makes my soldier movement skip around

Yes, spikes to 300

Apparently after a complete wipe of my drive and new installation of windows 8 the ping spikes are gone
